Established in 2012, WDC operates across the UK, providing a fully managed music booking service to clients in the hospitality and event industries. We work with both owner-operated independent venues and national brands with multiple locations.

Confidence We have a dedicated full-time team member who is responsible for seeking out new talent and managing our detailed recruitment process. Whether you need acoustic musicians for a restaurant or floor-filling DJs for a late-night bar, we can book the right performers for a wide variety of gigs.

Communication Our online “Management Portal” provides all the information you need for each booking made for your venue. It also gives you access to our musician database, allowing you to view setlists, photographs, and videos.

Clarity Once we agree on a price for a gig, that is the price you pay—no hidden or additional costs. This allows you to forecast and control your expenses with confidence.

Care We offer full support to our clients, including providing access to a dedicated Artist Manager, having artists on standby for unexpected circumstances, staffing a telephone help desk every Friday and Saturday night, and offering Music Training for operational managers.

Consistency We regularly seek client feedback on all gigs, visit venues, and analyse playlists and setlists to ensure the music policy is working correctly. Quality control and constant improvement are integral to what we do.
